Hani Chaouch was born in Tunis. After completing highschool studies in Tunisia, he moves to Italy to study architecture in IUAV University of Venice.During his studies he’s involved in the research on contemporary project techniques concerning the relationship with land and natural environment towards innovation and resource management.
Hani graduates with a master in landscape architecture, and he partecipates at the project Venice Olympic City in 2012, contributing to the candidacy of Venice as host city for 2020 olympic games.
During his studies Hani specializes in the design for hospitality and reception, given his experience of the tunisian and italian environments, two of the world’s best living and touristic locations.
His projects span also in a broader range of services to the community: one of the most inspiring is the CNR Research Center in the Santo Spirito Island of the Venice lagoon.
As a professional he could follow, between others, the design and construction phases of the Marriott Hotel in Constantine, Algeria.
Alberto Corrado was born in Seriate(BG), Italy. An enthusiastic architect, he got his Master`s degree in architecture and Urban Planning at IUAV University of Venice, where he won the IUAV ALUMINI prize.
During his training he studied at ETSAS (Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura of Sevilla) in Spain, and at Tongji University of Shanghai in China, where he developed a research on the structure of pedestrian bridges.
In the context of university research he attended many international workshop , organized among the others by Mathias Klotz and Vazquez Consuegra, his work was published by the (Fundacion de Investigacion de la Universidad de Sevilla) it was exhibited in Palazzo Widman during the Exposition of the Venice Biennale of Architecture 2010 and afterwards in Roma and in Selinunte for the International Congress of architecture 2012.
He worked at the Dept. of Civil Engineering at Tongji University in Shanghai and as Architect for DP Architects in Singapore where he specializes in Mall and Hotel planning.
Passionate about architecture and design, in 2010 he was ranked among the ten best young Italian architects for the “Young Italian Architect Prize”.
Francesca Zalla, an eclectic architect, was born in Cles, Italy. She studied architecture at IUAV University of Venice and at Tongji University in Shanghai, graduating with a master in landscape architecture.
During her studies two of her projects have been exhibited at the 2008 Venice Biennale of Architecture, and during the same year she won the international competition of steel structures design by Tongji University of Shanghai, winning the “Outstanding and Innovation Prize”. The same steel structure was later published in “Galileo” technology magazine. Just after her degree, Francesca attended the phd summer school by Milano Polytechnic.
During her professional career Francesca worked at some of the world’s renewed practices as DP Architects in Singapore, where she designed some of the features of tomorrow’s Singapore and China. She worked in the sector of housing, retail and hospitality in different project phases, from concept to construction.
She also worked at Saico engineering office in Venice, Italy, where she partecipated in the design of the Venice Cinema Palace.
